To reschedule or cancel any bookings

Login using your phone number via the booking link, click 'my appointment' to cancel or reschedule. 

The booking link will show estimated available times, after you have booked it will show as penciled in, please wait for the confirmation email for the actual confirmed time. It might be about 15-20min (give or take) to the available times you requested. 

Please note: we are female only. If you're pregnant, have metal implants, have special medical conditions, pet phobia, or past the age of 60 please let us know before making the booking.

Payment on the day

• Cash Payment 

• Card payment available (Visa, Mastercard, Debitcard, AMEX ) transactional fee of 2.2% applies.

• Afterpay available  on  packages over $500 transactional fee of 6% applies.

 

Before the appointment

• Our system will automatically generate a reminder text 2 days before the day of appointment.

• Please ensure to mark down your appointment dates as we do not hold responsibility to any failure to receive automated messages.

• Please ring the google doorbell when you're here for your appointment. Please do not reply to our automated messages as it's a do not reply number.

• Please note of the 12 hour cancellation period (as per our policy on our website https://www.homeskinbar.com/policy).
