Policy

To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $20 is now mandatory. This fee will be credited towards your final payment on the day of your treatment. Please note:

• This policy applies to both new and existing clients.

• The booking fee is applicable for all new bookings, excluding existing prepaid packages.

• To arrange payment for the booking fee, please message us @loveskinbar on Instagram.

We operate on a strict 12-hour cancellation policy to accommodate the high demand for appointments. Please be aware:

• If you cancel or amend your booking within the 12-hour cancellation period, the $20 booking fee will be forfeited.

• We understand emergencies may arise; however, the appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, making it challenging for us to fill the slot on short notice.

• Rescheduling is permitted before the 12-hour cancellation deadline. Simply log in using your registered phone number and click on the reschedule or cancel option.

We value punctuality and aim to deliver the best service to all our clients. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments to avoid disruptions.

• Should you anticipate running late, please notify us promptly via message or phone at 0413 968 203.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered no-shows, resulting in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

• Arriving later than 30% of the scheduled treatment time will also be deemed a cancellation, with the booking fee forfeited.

For clients with prepaid packages or gift vouchers, please take note of the following:

• All bookings must be made through our booking link.

• Prepaid packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or converted to credits.

• We also enforce a 12-hour cancellation policy for prepaid packages and gift vouchers to ensure fair scheduling for all clients.

• If a cancellation occurs within the 12-hour window, the voucher will be automatically forfeited.

• Please respect our policy of female-only appointments.

• Kindly refrain from bringing companions, children, or babies to your appointment.

• Arrive without makeup and wear comfortable attire, preferably a singlet or crop top.

• For skin treatments, please note that you will need to be able to lie down on the bed flat. If you have any health conditions that may prevent this, please message us before booking.

• Politeness and courtesy are expected during your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse bookings in the event of rude behavior, verbal abuse, or threats.

• Bookings are subject to availability. To secure a preferred time slot, we recommend booking early.
